License to Distribute

By submitting content, you grant Sound Drift Music a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to distribute, promote, and monetize your content through third-party digital service providers (DSPs) including Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, and others.

Payments and Royalties

You will receive royalties from DSPs as per your selected plan. Payments are made monthly or quarterly and subject to minimum withdrawal thresholds. We reserve the right to deduct transaction charges, taxes, and applicable platform fees before disbursement.

Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you are found violating these Terms, engaging in fraudulent activity, or abusing our platform.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.
